Removing the existing counters is fairly simple. In most cases, they are held in place with screws coming from inside the cabinet. It's also possible that they have an adhesive holding them in place as well.
We do any additional support required for the new soapstone counters as part of the installation process.
Any plumbing connections will have to be done by a licensed plumber after the counters have been installed. This is not part of our installation process.
If we're installing a soapstone backsplash we will install any existing electrical outlets into the backsplash. If you're adding any new outlets or moving outlets, this will require an electrician and is not part of our installation process.
If we are installing a soapstone backsplash you will need to repair and prepare the area where the backsplash is going.
